One-on-one decadence
Four years ago, caterer Najla Aswad went national with her Gone Chunky gourmet cookies. You may or may not want to read the nutritional facts on her Oatmeal Currant With Crystallized Ginger, Chocolate Walnut Espresso and eight other varieties. Just take a frozen delight, packaged in its own parchment round, and bake it. Each handmade, 4-ounce handful lives up to its name, loaded with all-natural ingredients (think certified organic wheat) and ingredients such as imported Belgian chocolate and Italian espresso. There are no artificial colors or preservatives.
